Существуют деревянные и пластиковые балансировочные доски. Я люблю дерево, оно приятнее по ощущением и наше хорошо отшлифовано, хотя пластиковые доски проще мыть. Количество досок, а значит и длина, тоже разная, у нас 5 балок по 58 см. Может быть достаточно и 3-4, но больше 5 мне кажется излишне, по крайней мере для игр дома ❤️Наша балансировочная дорожка
