Дело было в ноябре 2023 года — мигранты из мест, где «какая ж свадьба без волыны», устроили очень шумный перфоманс возле дома жениха, потом возле дома невесты, потом по дороге в ресторан...

«На уши» поставили весь город — позднее оперативники посчитали, что в общей сложности были сделаны 78(!) выстрелов. Конечно, палили холостыми, но простые граждане не поняли прикол. За хулиганство привлекли и друзей, и жениха, и даже невесту (да-да, она тоже стреляла)

Новобрачную приговором Пушкинского горсуда оштрафовали на 500тыс₽, жених получил 1 год и 3 месяца, но успел отсидеть срок в СИЗО, так что — гуляй, «Вася»! Только не стреляй

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.”
