Все это нынешний владелец продает за 103 миллиона рублей.

Кроме того, он готов сделать скидку покупателю, который заберет магазин вместе с производственной площадкой, она выставлена отдельным лотом за 30 млн рублей. На ней изготавливаются пенополистирол и газоблоки.
