Крупнейший аффинажный завод России "Красноярский завод цветных металлов им. В.Н.Гулидова" завладел ООО "ТиссенКрупп Индастриал Солюшнс" на 99%. Еще 1% отошел "Аксион - редкие и драгоценные металлы", но и эта компания принадлежит "Красцветмету".
"ТиссенКрупп Индастриал Солюшнс" чем только не занимается. В послужном списке предприятия - проектирование и строительством химических, нефтехимических и промышленных установок, добыча и переработка полезных ископаемых, перегрузка и складирование навалочных грузов и даже производство цемента.
В 2022 году единственным владельцем предприятия была немецкая Thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions AG. Тот год предприятие завершило с чистой прибылью в 13,9 млн рублей при выручке в 852 млн.
Сам "Красцветмет" в 2022 году получил самую низкую чистую прибыль с 1999 года - всего 120 млн рублей. Выручка компании составила 72,5 млрд рублей.
