Да и 12400 рублей на 1 собаку за отлов-содержание-стерилизацию-чипирование по нынешним меркам очень мало. Вон, в Самаре одна собачка уже в 20 тысяч обходится казне. Только на жрачку им кидают больше денег, чем на обеды детям в школьной столовой.
