Пока минует дрон, осколок, плен,
И фронт горит, горит, неугасимый.
На Запорожье грязи до колен
И танки бодро чешут по озимым.

Никто не сеял, а оно взошло.
И собирать никто его не будет.
Но все же хлеб. Когда-то за столом
Накрытым соберутся эти люди -

Кто выживет, став выжженней и злей,
И будет жизнь, верней, ее начало,
И будет хлеб с их пройденных полей,
Живой и мирный, как и не бывало

Прорыва танков, дырок на броне,
Огня и дыма, рвущихся снарядов.
... А кто навек остался на войне -
Как будто тихо-тихо встанет рядом.
