В 2021 году предприятие заключило свыше 70 договоров на поставки подшипниковой продукции для ОПК на 1,5 млрд руб. Следствием установлено, что Борисов необоснованно завысил стоимость продукции и, прибегнув к подлогу документов, похитил более 800 млн руб.
