Выяснилось, что из-за старости и отсутствия вливаний пропускная способность системы снизилась, что и могло стать одной из причин серьезных последствий паводка.

Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
