99 обитателей ветхого жилья справили новоселье в Биробиджане

В новостройке по ул. Стяжкина квартиры предоставлены жителям 23-х аварийных домов. Заселение прошло в рамках реализации национального проекта «Жильё и городская среда», который ведется по поручению президента РФ Владимира Путина.

Ключи новоселам вручил мэр областного центра Максим Семенов.
Ремонт в квартирах сделан под ключ. В пятиэтажке предусмотрен лифт. В квартирах уложен линолеум, установлена сантехника и электрические плиты. В жилище можно регулировать температуру.

Начиная с 2019 года из аварийных жилых домов общей площадью 16,1 тысячи кв. метров переселили свыше 900 горожан.

В декабре 2024 года врио губернатора ЕАО Мария Костюк дала поручение ускорить сроки расселения жителей города, до минимума сократить бюрократические процедуры и поиск управляющей компании.

In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies.
