Коммуникации на поверхности - открыты ветрам и холодам.
Кто будет платить за теплопотери - народ?

Все разрыто. Старые трубы и мусор брошены. Строительный забор не убран.
Новую “заброшку” оценят подростки. Свернуть шею - самое то.

Есть и социальные риски. Среди жителей гуляют слухи, что работы по теплоснабжению якобы не закончены. Срыв отопительного сезона и так далее…

❗️Господа-ресурсники, приведите в порядок территорию! Не плодите проблемы на ровном месте.
