- 4 шт тортилья (у меня из ВкусВилл 1шт = 30г) - 200г куриной грудки - 120г романо (или любой другой салат) -120г черри томатов
Для соуса (на 4 порции): - 2 ст л йогурта - 1 ст л сливок 20% - 1 ч л соевого соуса - 1 долька чеснока - 15г лука (у меня шалот) - 3 шт каперсов - соль, перец, сушеный чеснок
1. Курицу приготовить со специями в духовке (я сделала в аэрогриле) - 20 минут 2. Нарезать романо и черри 3. Взбить ингредиенты соуса вместе 4. Все ингредиенты завернуть в тортилью
