«Синара» досрочно прекратила полномочия всех членов совета директоров подконтрольной компании «Синара – Транспортные машины» (СТМ). Информация об этом появилась на сайте центра раскрытия корпоративной информации «Интерфакс».
В новый состав совета директоров избраны пять человек, их имена не раскрываются.
Холдинг СТМ включает в себя восемь предприятий, в том числе «Уральские локомотивы», «Калугапутьмаш», Людиновский тепловозостроительный завод. СТМ вместе с «Трансмашхолдингом» работает над элементами российского поезда для ВСМ.
