Минстрой РФ рассмотрел реализацию строительных проектов в Сахалинской области. В рамках рабочей встречи министра строительства и ЖКХ РФ Ирека Файзуллина с губернатором Сахалинской области Валерием Лимаренко обсудили предварительные итоги реализации нацпроекта «Жилье и городская среда», развитие строительного блока и жилищно-коммунального хозяйства региона.
По предварительным данным, за 2022 год в регионе в эксплуатацию введено 504,1 тыс. кв метров жилья. Сахалинская область также досрочно выполнила обязательства по расселению аварийного жилья, признанного таковым до 1 января 2017 года.
Кроме того, в 2022 году в Сахалинской области после реконструкции был введен в эксплуатацию водозабор в Горнозаводске, работы были произведены в рамках федпроекта «Чистая вода». В 2023 году в рамках него запланировано строительство еще четырех объектов.
Еще одной важной темой стала реализация проекта по комплексной реконструкции аэропорта Южно-Сахалинск им. А.П. Чехова с привлечением средств инфраструктурного бюджетного кредита. Протяженность новой взлетно-посадочной полосы составит 3,4 тыс. метров, ширина — 60 метров с тремя соединительными дорожками. Ее планируют ввести в эксплуатацию в 2025 году.
