Где-то лёд, где-то укатан снег, покрытый скользкой коркой. И такая ситуация, судя по всему, везде - Шишковка или центр возле Гостиных рядов, или, проспект Победы - все одно. Что случилось? Куда исчезли дворники, которые всегда чистили тротуары?
