Господин Махонин сообщил, что правительство региона нашло бюджетные средства для завершения проектирования, документация должна быть готова до конца года.
«А дальше буду прилагать максимум усилий, чтобы получить федеральное финансирование, краевому бюджету это не вытянуть. Проект очень дорогой, порядка 30 млрд рублей», — заявил губернатор.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
