Якобы размер наказания не увеличивался 20 лет, отсюда и такая кратность — штрафы должны расти вместе с инфляцией.
Почему то же самое не происходит с зарплатами, в Минюсте объяснить вряд ли смогут. А из-за чего вообще так обесценились деньги(не будем подсказывать, но из-за «СВО») — вопрос, ответа не имеющий.
