Депутат Ермурат Бапи 31 мая озвучил свой запрос генеральному прокурору Берику Асылову. В нём он перечислил несколько фактов вывода денег из крупных казахстанских активов. Он потребовал от генпрокурора немедленно заняться этими делами, не дожидаясь пока в Парламенте примут соответствующий закон.
«Вам известна, компания Tethys Petroleum Limited, которая продаёт казахстанский газ, если не знаете, загляните в регистр мировых компаний ГазТрейд. Одна из главных владельцев Tethys Petroleum Limited – дочь Кайрата Шарипбаева. А по открытым сведениям, Шарипбаев – супруг Дариги Назарбаевой», — сказал депутат.
По его словам эта фирма является государственным монополистом по продаже газа нацкомпании «КазТрансГаз». Через компанию APL Construction Шарипбаев вывел из Tethys Petroleum Limited несколько млрд долларов.
