Как рассказал «Осторожно, новости» Евгений И., днем 24 ноября его укусила бездомная кошка, на руке осталась рана. Мужчина сразу поехал в трампункт, но ему не смогли поставить прививку от бешенства из-за отсутствия вакцины и отправили в другую клинику. По словам Евгения, он обзвонил большинство частных клиник и аптек города, но нигде не смогли помочь.
Мужчина написал обращение в Министерство здравоохранения.
