С января по ноябрь дежурным по режиму, воспитателям и младшим воспитателям интернатов, школ и детских садов надбавка за ночную работу в надлежащем размере не выплачивалась. Профсоюз «Учитель» провел мониторинг законодательства, чтобы понять, является ли надбавка обязательной для всех регионов. Выводы таковы: на федеральном уровне доплата является рекомендованной и упомянута она в Отраслевом соглашении. В таких регионах как ХМАО, Тыва, Бурятия, Якутия, Забайкальский край и Чукотка за работу в ночное время назначается надбавка от 20 до 35% от оклада за каждый час.
