Ещё недавно Восточный округ Москвы казался индустриальной зоной, но всё меняется. На месте бывших промышленных зон появляются современные кварталы с комфортной средой. Здесь уже развитая инфраструктура и много зелёных зон, включая «Лосиный Остров» и «Измайловский парк». В этом развивающемся районе мы возводим кварталы «Серии плюс» — «2-й Иртышский» и «Плеханова 11».
Кварталы продуманы до мельчайших деталей — от цепляющих взгляд архитектурных решений и развитой инфраструктуры до умных планировок. Здесь будет всё для уютной и комфортной жизни: школы, детсады, спортплощадки, зоны отдыха, магазины и кафе на первых этажах.
