Власти Балашихи строят для себя новое здание администрации. Проект получил положительное заключение Мособлэкспертизы.

Здание будет двухуровневым - 6 и 10 этажей. Общая площадь составит 12 тысяч квадратных метров. В нем оборудуют просторные кабинеты для чиновников, переговорные, обеденный зал и подземный паркинг. Ввод в эксплуатацию запланирован на 2024 год.

Разработкой проекта занималось архитектурное бюро А2M, которое работает преимущественно в Подмосковье, в том числе с местным правительством. Именно эта компания готовила проекты областных перинатальных центров, музея Зои Космодемьянской и ряда других зданий.

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth."
