Этот год мы начали со здоровья, и пусть весь снег растаял, на лыжах уже не покатаешься, но в моей жизни, даже с 3-месячным малышом практически на руках, есть фитнес, спорт и клиники здоровья.
Я умудряюсь выкраивать время на тренировки в зале, пока совсем немного, в режиме «пришла, потренировалась, сразу же ушла», и никаких заминок и минут отдыха не должно быть, потому что дома ждет, а может и орет малыш. Прибегаю и сразу же кормлю и возвращаюсь снова в состояние «я - мама».
Правда вечером забираю дочек из садика и превращаюсь в «я - мама троих детей, попробуй всё успей», но это уже другая история 😅
