Сегодня состоялось очередное заседание по делу Михаила Шарыгина, обвиняемого в организации Штабов Навального. Ряд ходатайств заявлен защитой: - о назначении новой экспертизы; - об ознакомлении с некоторыми доказательствами по делу - автомобилем, в котором был задержан 13.02.24 подсудимый, и деньгами, изъятыми при обысках. В машине находились ещё инструменты, попросту пропавшие: вещдоками не признаны, родным по окончании следствия не возвращены. Ходатайства не удовлетворены. Объявлен перерыв - прокуратура подумает насчет автомобиля. Следующее заседание уже в новом году - 20 января, 14:00. #МихаилШарыгин
