Автобус сбил женщину, которая переходила дорогу, на улице Галактионовская/Чкалова в Самаре. На жутких кадрах видно, как женщина переходит проезжую часть (слева) и на неё на скорости наезжает автобус. Происшествие случилось сегодня, 24 февраля, примерно в 8:40.…

По информации полиции, пешеход не сообщил свои персональные данные и покинул место ДТП.

Комментарий ГУ МВД России по Самарской области по поводу наезда на пешехода на улице Галактионовская:

– По предварительным данным, собранным сотрудниками Госавтоинспекции, 24.02.25 примерно в 08.45 водитель 1970 года рождения, управляя автобусом МАЗ, следовал по ул. Галактионовская от ул. Маяковского в сторону ул. Полевая. В пути следования допустил наезд на пешехода, вызвал ГАИ и находился на месте ДТП до приезда полицейских. Пассажиры в автобусе не пострадали.

Сотрудники полиции продолжают разыскивать возможного потерпевшего.

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
