Они предусмотрены Федеральным законом от 08.08.2024 № 303-ФЗ «О внесении изменений в Федеральный закон «О связи» и отдельные законодательные акты Российской Федерации».

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram.
