Напомним, в марте Госдума приняла законопроекты о внесении изменений в УК РФ и УПК РФ и в отдельные законодательные акты РФ, направленные на закрепление механизма освобождения от уголовной ответственности лиц, которые заключили контракт о прохождении военной службы в Вооруженных силах РФ в период специальной военной операции.
