9 кастрычніка ў судзе горада Наваполацка будзе разглядацца справа «аб пераводзе ў папраўчую ўстанову іншага тыпу і зменаў умоваў утрымання» ў дачыненні да Валянціна Цераневіча. Працэс будзе ўзначальваць суддзя АллаГаціх, якая толькі ў ліпені была прызначана суддзёй указам Лукашэнкі.
Валянцін Цераневіч — памочнік майстра на заводзе «Хімвалакно», які ўваходзіць у склад «Гродна Азота», намеснік старшыні Беларускага незалежнага прафсаюза «Гродна Азота». Быў затрыманы 20 верасня 2021 году.
У лютым 2023 году суддзя АляксандрПіскуноў прызнаў Валянціна вінаватым паводле ч. 1 арт. 356 КК (здрада дзяржаве), ч. 3 арт. 361-1 КК (стварэнне экстрэмісцкага фармавання і ўдзел у ім) і прызначыў яму 12 гадоў зняволення ў калоніі ва ўмовах узмоцненага рэжыму.
