Бийским городским судом осуждена местная жительница по ч.1 ст.157 УК РФ за неуплату алиментов. Установлено, что ранее женщина была лишена родительских прав в отношении своих 4 детей. На каждого из них по решению суда с нее были взысканы алименты, но она уклонялась от их выплаты. Виновной судом назначено наказание в виде 9 месяцев исправительных работ с удержанием из заработной платы ежемесячно 5% в доход государства. Приговор не вступил в законную силу.
