В Минсельхозе такое положение дел традиционно объясняют сезонностью, но дело и в росте курса валюты (не в сезон мы ввозим большой объём импортных томатов), и возросшими издержками (оборудование то в тепличных комплексах не отечественное по большей части, да и семена тоже).
