🔹به منظور شناسایی فرهیختگان جوان، معرفی الگوهای مشارکت و تجلیل از جوانان برتـر ۱۸ تا ۳۵ سال و نیز در راستای زمینـه سازی بـرای توسعه ارزش های متعالی و مشاركت فعال جوانان در عرصه های گوناگون، "رویداد ملی جوان سال" در هفته جوان (۲۲ تا ۲9 بهمن ماه) براساس آیین نامه مصوب سی و سومین جلسه شورای عالی جوانان و اصلاحیه مصوب سی و پنجم جلسه این شورا برگزار می‌شود.
