На рынок вывалили ещё одну довольно странную бетонную коробку с удивительными "лакшери" планировками от девелопера красного кирпича – резали, не парились.

Шакалы в прайс запихнули даже площадь террас. Обещают построить к концу 2025, но мы то помним, что ни один проект KR вовремя не сдавался. Так что +2 года к обещаниям можно смело накинуть, потом скажут – строили в сложный период.

На площадку получен ГПЗУ в конце 2020 г, и на лоха говорить, что РнС у нас будет в августе, ребята – это блять просто невозможно. Берем попкорн и наблюдаем.
