У Галса новый проект в центре Москвы. Уже есть визуализации на ЗУ "Пятницкая, 40". Для проекта снесут небольшой скверик.

Говорят, что будет офисник, но визуально кажется, что тут жилье можно раскатать и на уровне Лаврушинского продать.

Галс ранее стартовал в центре с Космо 422, и готовят ~~елдак~~ проект на Шлюзовой, 2.

Архитектура - @Megabudka. Ребята вслед за «якутскостью» и «русскостью» архитекторы теперь переосмысляют и «московскость».
