Репаблик в сентябре продал 14 лотов. Плюс дорегистрировали хороший улов в августе - более 40 лотов. Итог за 3 месяца реализации - всего 83 лота. Учитывая, что бронировать начали чуть ли не в мае 2022 - ну такое. Идут по прайсу 580 тыс. руб./кв. м.
Ребятам надо больше денег вьебать на рекламу проекта, а то чет Пресня сама себя не продает😏
У других умников на Пресне - из интеко. В Онесте продано 30 лотов за 5 месяцев. Но прайс на 100 тыс. больше - 680 тыс. руб./кв. м. Вероятно, помогает огненный маркетинг с мемориальным парком и рекламой в лифтах своих же проектов.
