МКСИ сообщает, что ПИКом получен ППТ для продолжения проекта Волоколамское шоссе, 24, ЗУ "1-й Красногорский, 3" Суммарно накатить можно будет 343 тыс. кв. м. Есть парочка посадок для проекта, но они все стремные и неактуальные. Ждем и верим в новый мастерплан.

Такая картина плюс минус везде, где апарты - флэт с начала года - лучший сценарий, ведь у многих снижения.
