Галс решил продать ЗУ "Cтарообрядческая, 28А". Это участок на 2,8 га находится прямо на ТТК. Даже заходит под эстакаду ТТК. Поэтому согласовать тут жилье будет сложно, либо маленькие ТЭП, либо нужно будет сесть на бутылку - потащить участок в КРТ.

Цена вопроса - пол ярда, что многовато для такой радости. Одним словом, списывает участок из внимания.
