Пока ждем подтверждения по ЗУ "Мневники, 1" о покупке Бэстконом, к нам попала пачка рендеров по другому их проекту - ЗУ "Маршала Бирюзова, 1". Видно, что ребята на низком старте, раз уже начали маркетинговые рендеры делать.

Говорят, что старт этой СПИЧовской радости запланирован на начало 2024 года. Держим руку на пульсе в ожидании цен.
