Ранее гуляли немного олд-скульные картинки, а теперь все по московскому, архитектурному фэншую - различное формообразование секций, непохожие фасады, все на стилобате. Город больше однотипной хуйни не пропускает. Разнообразие - наше все.

По цифрам - общая застройка - 122 тыс. кв. м, жилья - 62 тыс. кв. м, офисник на 21 тыс. кв. м.

Локация ЗИЛа будет строиться и строиться, соседей все будет больше и больше. Красота.
