Проект застройки «Останкивского молочного завода» на Руставели, 14. Девелоперов ЗУ является Capital Group. Вероятнее всего девелопером итоговым будет кто-то другой, потому что проект судя по планировке комфорт-класса, а Capital Group не любит в такое играть.…

В проекте на Руставели у ПИК будет даже небольшое архитектурное излишество в стиле Академика Павлова. Башенка - сдвинута. Высокую архитектуру завезли, ей богу, будет тягаться с МРовскими излишествами - Д-1, башнями на Хуторской, и конечно же оттянет клиентов от шикарного Дыхания.

Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever."
