«Большой Сити» Москва-Сити наконец стала центром притяжения в городе, как говорится, не прошло и 20 лет. Сейчас уже сложно найти свободный участок рядом с Московским даун-тауном. Уже строятся и продаются: Нева Тауэрс (апарты, рядом с Сити - 360 тыс. руб./кв.м.)…

Внимательно смотрим за красными объектами на генплане:

1. Фили кровля, она же Кутузовский, 16. На этом генплане правильная посадка корпусов.
2. Фили Сити и огромная башня.
3. Бадаевский завод
4. Проект на месте завода Казакова
5. Шеногина 2
6. Проект на Хорошевке от Главстроя

Вот такое развитие "Большего Сити" ждет нас. Как хорошеет Москва при Сергей Семеновиче.
