ПИК открывает плейхаб Остров в проекте Люблинский Парк.

Это не просто плейхаб, а это главный плейхаб города в пределах МКАД - ранее плейхабы Оригами и Пирамида были открыты ПИКом на территории Новой Москвы.

Остров - огромный плейхаб (5 тыс. кв. м), по насыщенности он опережает даже плейхабы, которые были реализованы в парках Москвы. Дизайн плейхаба, как мы любим, только естественные цвета и материалы, никакой разноцветной порнографии.

Пока одни девелоперы только заявляют об плейхабах и не делают их, ПИК вводит 3 плейхаб. Круто, чё.
