Набрали проектов чисто в целях капитализации, а не стройки или создания среды / продукта, хорошо что рынок вырос и пока любое говно метут за любой оверпрайс. Вся стройка отдана на откуп ген подряду - а значит, Интеко по сути не контролирует реализацию и себестоимость проектов.
Запасаемся попкорном и смотрим за реализацией этого тяжелого актива.
