✅баклажан-1-2 шт.
✅перец сладкий-1 крупн.шт.
✅лук- 1 крупн.шт.
✅сливы(крепкие)-6 шт.
✅чеснок-2 зуб.
✅соль-по вкусу
✅растительное масло-для обжарки
✅сахар-1 ч.л.
✅зелень.

✏️Все овощи нарезаем.
✏️Баклажаны обжариваем на растит.масле.Перец обжариваем до мягкости и изменения цвета.
Лук обжариваем,в конце добавляем 1 ч.л.сахара.
✏️Из слив удаляем косточки,нарезаем секторами.Обжариваем 3 мин.БЕЗ масла.
✏️Зелень шинкуем.Чеснок измельчаем.
✏️Все ингредиенты смешиваем в миске.Солим по вкусу.Добавлять масло больше не нужно.Убираем в холодильник на пару часов.Ангела за трапезой!😇
