✅Цветная капуста (сырая)- 400 гр ✅Изюм- 1 горсть ✅Миндаль- 1 горсть ✅Петрушка-по вкусу ✅Лимонный сок- 2-3 ст. л. ✅Оливк. масло- 2-3 ст. л. ✅Соль- по вкусу
✏️Берём сырую (свежую) цветную капусту. ✏️Измельчаем в блендере (не слишком мелко) ✏️Изюм заранее запариваем. Добавляем к капусте. Петрушку режем, добавляем в миску ✏️Миндаль режем кусочками или берём готовые лепестки и добавляем в табуле. ✏️Смешиваем лимонный сок с оливковым маслом. Добавляем заправку в миску. Перемешиваем. ✏️Солим и перчим пр вкусу. Можно дать немного постоять и подавать. Ангела за трапезой! ❤️
Можно сделать ещё проще- к измельченной капусте добавить помидоры, огурцы, перцы, оливки, зелень и т. п. (как в обычный салат). Заправка та же 👌
