✏️Кабачок нарезаем брусочками. Обжариваем на сильном огне до готовности. ✏️Перцы также нарезаем брусочками. Обжариваем до готовности. ✏️Перекладываем овощи в миску. Добавляем горсть измельченных грецких орехов, чеснок, зелёный лук с укропом. Добавляем соевый соус и оливковое масло (или любое другое нерафинированное растительное масло). ✏️Перемешиваем. Пробуем.
