СУП С ЩАВЕЛЕМ И БУЛГУРОМ.

Пока сезон щавеля- готовим👌

Считаю, что нет такого супа, куда нельзя было бы добавить булгур!

Что думаете насчет булгара?

Точных пропорций тут нет, просто при варке имейте в виду, что булгур сильно увеличивается в обьеме. В 3 раза.

✅булгур
✅щавель
✅лук
✅морковь
✅картофель
✅вода
✅специи, соль- по вкусу

✏В кастрюле с толстым дном разогреть масло и спассеровать измельченный лук и морковь.
✏Добавить булгур и обжарить вместе пару минут.
✏Вливаем воду. Доводим до кипения и бросаем картофель кубиком. Солим по вкусу и варим 15 мин.
✏Щавель режем полосками и бросаем в суп. Варим 2-3 минуты и выключаем.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
