Вдруг вы не знали, что очень вкусное мороженое (десерт) можно приготовить за 3 минуты и из 3 ингредиентов!

✅банан:2-3 шт. замороженный
✅вишня (или другие ягоды) замороженные
✅кокосовое молоко (или сливки). Вне поста можно обычные сливки или мягкий творог👍

✏Замороженные бананы и вишни кладём в блендер и перемалываем. ✏Во время измельчения понемногу добавляем кокосовое молоко, чтобы добиться ровной и гладкой консистенции мороженого.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday.
