У прибывающих должен быть сертификат о вакцинации, доказательство перенесённой болезни, ПЦР-тест не старше 72 часов или антиген-тест не старше 48 часов.
Послабления касаются только тех, кому можно въезжать в Литву. Россиян в качестве туристов в страну не пустят.
