Арбитражный суд Омской области обязал компанию «Кедр» вернуть еще один земельный участок, расположенный в парке 30-летия ВЛКСМ, в муниципальную собственность города Омска. С соответствующим иском ранее обращалась прокуратура Омской области.
Согласно материалам дела, надзорное ведомство через суд требовало, чтобы сделка купли-продажи земельного участка, которую 14 октября 2022 года заключили компания «Кедр» и департамент имущественных отношений администрации города Омска, была признана недействительной. В частности, речь идет о земле под теннисными кортами площадью 4,8 тыс. квадратных метров.
25 февраля текущего года Арбитражный суд Омской области встал на сторону прокуратуры, полностью удовлетворив иск.
