Габышев отказался открывать дверь, после чего силовики силой проникли в квартиру, в ответ шаман «применил холодное оружие кустарного производства длиной 84 сантиметров и нанес силовику колото-резаную рану».
Сейчас Саня-шаман находится в ПНИ, его допрашивают.
