Этот этап состоит из четырех домов: двух башен и двух секционных домов. Архитектурное решение разработало бюро «Генпро».

Первую очередь сдадут в эксплуатацию в 2028 году.

В целом в рамках проектах на участке площадью 44,6 гектара построят 744 тыс. кв. м недвижимости, в том числе 367 тыс. кв. м жилья, бизнес-центр, детский сад и школу.
